Well, I surprised myself this week. As I stepped on the scale last night I commented to the meeting leader that this was not going to be good. To my surprise, I lost 3.2lbs. I had fast food over the weekend as well as went to a conference, how in the world did I do that? She even said if I had not had jeans on it would be less. So here are the things I did last week that I think contributed to the weight loss. Drinking lots of water. when I snacked I ate carrots or grapes or almonds. I ate breakfast everyday. I journaled most days but not over the weekend. During my conference I didn't snack during the day.
This weekend I'm doing a bit of a cleanse so my results next week may be a bit altered because of it. But I will get back on plan right afterwards. I want to purify my body so that the only thing in it is healthy food.
