So what all is supposed to go in the first official blog entry anyways?!? I suppose you'd like to know a bit more about me... here it goes.
I am a 22 year old, 3rd year nursing student in Edmonton Alberta (Canada). I live with Ryan, my boyfriend/future husband (weddings are expensive!!). I am currently doing weight watchers, today will be my second meeting. I would like to lose 20 lbs, which would mean my goal weight is 130 lbs. My whole life I have been chubby/overweight, but I have never really been obese. My highest weight is 180, but I have been carrying around this extra 20 lbs forever and I would like to officially say goodbye to it.
I love to exercise... I run 3-8 km about 4 times a week. I have a gym membership, but since I have started running i haven't been using it as much as I probably should. I enjoy group exercise classes like bootcamp and spinning.
I am making a commitment to blog at least once per week on my current weight, struggles, and non-scale goals. This week my personal goal is to listen to my hunger cues more closely and stop eating when full/only eat when I am truly hungry.
