well, i slept in today. (check!)

meringue cookie - 4
1/2 c granola - 7
diet cherry coke - 0
pb cookie larabar - 4
meringue cookie - 4
turkey sandwich with mayo - 8
chili, ~ 1c - 3
banana bar, 1.5 - 6
total: 53 - 4 = 49
well ... the pizza was pretty extravagant points-wise, but i think i made good choices at the end of the day. (edit: alllmost. but i'm not beating myself up.)
in other news, i need to make an exercise schedule for this semester. at least tentatively.
i'm thinking evenings for now (i really like exercising in the middle of the day though, it's so much more efficient). unless i wake up at 8 magically some days.
oh and i weighed myself pre-workout today and i was 133.4. hmm, interesting, since i was 136 yesterday (although i also was wearing longer pants). i would like to see my goal weight on the workout scale at least. but i don't want to get too obsessed with it. it was just nice to know that i'm not gaining tons and tons of weight after my holiday discount chocolate splurge.
