Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I ran for two straight 8 minutes!! WOW!! Sunday W5D3 has me running for 20 minutes straight...yikes! Am loving the way my body is feeiing and looking. I am not dropping a lot of weight but my body is really shaping up.

How are you doing with your workouts?

20 min--you can do it!
My exercise has been off for the last week. I've been struggling a bit and haven't made time to exercise. However, I do have a run and then a weights session at the gym planned for this afternoon. I'm looking forward to it.

Yay! Since school started, I haven't been getting them in. As soon as my feet get used to standing so much, I'm back at it. I do a lot of walking normally an hour. I have a small arm weight and do several sets with those. I do crunches sometimes. I also do workout videos on Netflix occassionaly for variety.

Good for you! It's nice to hear someone still excited and pumped to keep going in an upcoming week! I just finished W3, and I felt really good this evening. I'm also noticing great body benefits from the exercise. (And I had been thinking all that talk about exercising was just a bunch of hype!!)
