Hello out there in blogland. Hope everyone is having a good week.
My weigh-in went well....I lost 3 lbs this week! Yay! I noticed that it works better for me if I eat 3 substantial meals and cut way down on the snacking. Last week, I stretched my points out throughout the day too much so that I was never really ever eating enough to satisfy me and always feeling like going back for one more points-worth.
At any rate, I'm happy...it brings my weight loss up to 8 lbs now which is a little better than I hoped for this soon into it. I think this blog helps. I look forward to adding my entry to chart my progress & I've so enjoyed reading all of yours!
