Sunday - Day 1 of -journaling and maybe more

Sunday-9-7-08
Elliptical 45 minutes -
I wear a Heart Rate Monitor. It said 556 calories burned. I highly recommend a heart rate monitor while exercising.
Breakfast - Go Lean Crunch -1 cup with 1 cup of Skim Plus and 1 small banana
Lunch- From the magazine Clean Eating : I forget the name of this dish but here is what is in it.
Zucchini, Squash, Brown Rice, Basil, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil and reduced fat shredded cheese. I added onion and tofu.
I can write up the entire recipe later on. I plan on taking this to work with me for lunch during the week.

For the husband during the Eagles game I made him Roni's chocolate kettle corn and he LIKED it A LOT!.

We are going to my in-laws for dinner tonight ---I will post later on after dinner.

I am off to fold laundry! I know you are jealous.
