I have only 3 more weeks before my big vacation (40 days to be exact) starts. We are done with most of the shopping. Bags have been packed and weighed. I am so excited.
Today I start a new week. I shall take full advantage of this week as my work routine is not erratic and don’t have any initiation/party to attend over the weekend. I have few mini goals for the week and they are,
1. Avoid white rice-check for today
2. Avoid extra sugar- Check
3. Avoid processed food- Graham crackers are cosdiered Processed food?
4. Use 5-8 of the weekly point allowance- only if I have to- Did not use any AP today
5. Bundle up and take a walk after dinner- Walked for an hour in the Mall
I have been doing really well on the workout front, just need to continue doing the same. This blogging thing is crazy. Once I write something down and post it, I feel so duty bound to follow. I guess that’s the whole purpose.
Ok, here is my food and workout plan for today.

Lunch: Orange-1, -OP
Snack: Gram Crackers-2
Dinner: B. Rice- 4, Veggies- 2, Chicken- 3
Snack: Yogurt – 1, Gram Cracker- 1, Fruit- 2
Total Points Eaten: 18
Work Out:
Home: Cathe F. Video Body Max 2- Cardio, ~ 500 cal burned
Gym: Stair Climber --15 min, ~125 cal burned
Elliptical 30 min, ~430 Cal burned
Total est. Calories burned: 1050
