Wow. Even though I have been bad several times this week and haven't drank nearly as much water as I did last week, I still managed to lose 6 more pounds. I was expecting to have gained to be honest with you, but surprise surprise I've lost a total of18 pounds now since I've been on plan! I'm feeling pretty good about myself this morning and I am gearing myself up for a good week of staying OP and no cheating!
Friday night I brought some winter cloths out of storage (some jackets, sweaters & sweatshirts etc..) things BTW, that I wasn't even able to wear last year because they were just too tight and uncomfortable, and I am happy to tell you that everything fit (and this is the kicker) was LOOSE! I even bought a new sweater last week that was a size smaller than what I've been wearing for the last year. I'm just hoping that I can stay focused and on track and continue to do well even when my rapid weekly weight loss starts to dwindle.
Oh, and the best part of my week was my date last night. It was someone that I already knew and we ran into each other at Starbucks early last week. After chatting for a few minutes he asked for my number and to be honest with you I really didn't expect him to call, but he did. Wonders never cease. Anyway, to make a long story short, we had dinner last night and we have plans to go to the park here in town later this afternoon and have a picnic (Subway). I'm trying not to get too excited over this, but ladies I think I could really get used to spending time with him.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that has been SO supportive of me...it makes such a big difference to know that you guys are behind me!!!
