Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

If ever I needed proof that tracking works, today gave it to me. It's something I know, but apparently need to be reminded of every so often. I had a bad weekend, leading to a 2-pound gain at the scale, in part because I stopped writing down EVERY BITE.

Duh!

So today, thanks to the movie popcorn I indulged in, I did go over my 25 Points. Using 2 APs that I earned brought me to 28 ... and I might have to have some hot chocolate before I go to bed. If I do, I'll be using 4 FPs to get me down to 25. If not, I only have to use 3.

Hmm. Maybe I should try Roni's chocolate mint tea. With sugar-free chocolate syrup, that'd be 0 Points, right?

The movie I saw today was "Marley & Me." If you haven't already seen it, be prepared to cry. I spent the last 10 minutes sitting in my seat, bawling my eyes out.

Marley and Me rates right up there with Ol' Yeller :(
I read the book and will not see the movie!
You did really good, even if the evil movie popcorn lured you in!
