Today has been soooo productive! I am loving it. I had a really good day at work and got a ton of stuff done. One of my classes was filmed for a training video for the academy franchise campuses which was nerve-racking, but my kids behaved so well!!! I was sooo proud of them! The Korean head teacher told me afterwards that she had recommended me especially for the filming, which was incredibly nice to hear, because we NEVER get positive feedback and it makes me kind of insecure sometimes.
ALSO, my fiance surprised me by ordering the 2nd book in the Twilight series on-line for me and it was waiting at my desk when I finished classes!!! I haven't been able to find it ANYWHERE, so I had to refrain from jumping up and down and squealing right there in the office. Now I just have to decide if I should start right in OR wait 'til after my workout... ahhhh tough decision!!!
Food today:
Breakfast: 4 oz blueberry yogurt, 2 T walnuts, medium banana
Lunch: 1 piece wheat bread, 1T PB, 1T sugar-free jam, clementine, 10 Light Tomato-Basil Pringles (soooo addicting, darn FI for bringing them back from the store!!!)
Snack: 2 handfuls of red bell pepper slices, 1T ff ranch
Dinner: 3oz chicken with capers, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini, 1/2C tri-color pasta (seriously, Korea, get on the whole-wheat bandwagon already!!!), 1/2C tomato sauce
Snack: clementine (seriously can NOT get enough of these things and they are SO cheap right now!)
It just amazes me how when I plan my meals and just follow through how much better my entire LIFE feels. I feel much more in control and competent in every area. Sigh, when will my brain figure out that I LIKE feeling good, not bad??? Such a simple thing, and yet I manage to psyche myself out so often!!!
The wedding is EXACTLY 5 months from today... woohoooerrrr....
