Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well, it isn't quite 'after day 7 yet, but i wont have time to blog later today. I don't think I've been drinking enough water, so that needs improvement, but I haven't drank anything else, either. My calorie count is only at 400 today, and i rode on the exercise bike for a bit. I'm going to a party tonight, so I hope it wont screw me over.. Anyways, I'm hoping I'll get a run in somewhere today. We'll see...
