No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Ok, so..When I started I told myself I would only weigh myself ONCE a week... But today I cheated and weighed myself this morning because I was so upset with being 200.. and the scale said 199.2! woo hoo!!

So yea... that was great, I feel better now! Now to figure out an exercise schedule and write it down. The last few weeks I've been wanting to make a poster board collage of motivation to put up in my bedroom. I need to do that this weekend!
