No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Food: 2 Medifast banana puddings, 2/3 of bowl of Black Bean soup from Panera, apple, 6 oz carrots, 3.5 oz ground venison (hhmmm...I was low on fruits and veggies today! I will keep that in mind for tomorrow).

Exercise: 40 minute run, 3.63 miles, 451 calories


Wait a second...that's not all what the curve looks like when I am on the Nike+ website....weird. Oh well.

Time for Biggest Loser! It's a huge motivator for me!
