Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I've eaten all my snacks and it's still an hour til dinner break, and I'm suddenly starving. But I don't think I'm really hungry ... I think I'm wanting to eat because it's a fairly slow night at work and I'm bored.

Aargh. Help!

I've found that if I occupy my hands...ie. Sitting here on the laptop, or work on Scrapbooking...the muchies feeling goes away! Best of luck!

I like to do sudoku when I am bored... or email... or work on one of the WW winning outcomes exercises (somewhere on their website)...
