So I managed to get back on program this week. I'm down most of the incredible six pounds I gained this weekend (shock and awe)! I haven't been able to get the exercise in, but otherwise I've been staying in points. My goal for this next week is to get that darn exercise in...

I'm doing the same thing. I worked out SO HARD from Feb. to Oct. this year...so during the holidays I'm doing my best to watch my food, and exercise when I can, but not beat myself up over not having time!

I find that the exercise is the hardest part...or maybe I'm just lazy! LOL.
