Before I go to sleep - I didn't track but I did eat what I said I would

so...I think I did fine...so I'm going to prejournal tommorrow now...because it worked today...tomorrow it will to! Looking forward to a great wi on Wed...

Pick a 2pt snack for the afternoon maybe or eat it late at night:
raw red peppers, popcorn? maybe not lol, 2 pt ww icecream
*Cook the Spaghetti Squash! add parmesan (2pt snack)


Lean Ground Beef (3), Rice Pilaf (3), sauteed mushrooms

Total of : 18 Prejournaled with 4 pts more to figure out as I go :) maybe a latte :)

4 pts room to snack or adjust meals **

I'm big on "what am I in the *mood* to eat"-prejournaling could actually work with taking the emotion/mood out of it and just being left with nourishment. Hmmm. Something to think about. Great idea!
