Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Yesterday started off well...but as usual things fell apart once I got home. I made hamburger helper (with turkey), but had more than 1 serving (I mean, c'mon, who can eat 1/3 of a cup of HH?). Then I had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich. Then...I had another one. :(

The bright point in the day is the fact that I worked out at lunch. Tomorrow is my first weigh-in since re-committing. To be honest, I'm almost hoping for little to no loss b/c that will teach me a lesson. I have used a LOT more than my allotted points this week and I don't want to be rewarded for it. It will just make the re-adjustment back to sticking to my points even harder and give me an excuse.

Anway...what I learned yesterday was...

Hamburger Helper and Ice cream sandwiches (SC or not) have to go on my list of blacklisted items. I know WW teaches you that you can eat anything you want in moderation. But...you and I know that there items you can't make or buy b/c once they're in the house you can't help yourself.

For me it's:

--Soda
--WW English Toffee Bars...and probably pretty much any ice cream product
--Baked Cheetos
--Hamburger Helper (or any of those easy to make pasta dinners)

What's on your blacklist?

LOL w/ Jessica! :) I need to add Corn Pops to my list. If they're in the house, I'll eat them three meals per day. I can probably finish off a box in 2 days.

Breads should definitely go on my list! Especially crusty ones like french baguettes. I usually avoid restaurants that provide bread.

Okay first off you should ask Roni that and haver her make it the question of the week.

My blacklist has tons! Nuts of any kind, becuase I can eat the whole dang can of them, chocolate, chips of any sort, wheat thins (love them but I can eat the entire box), and any good bread because I too can eat one piece that turns into 10!

Good quality bread with seeds and other yummy things in. I know I should be able to have one slice but actually one slice is enough to make me eat the whole loaf
