I used 4 flex points yesterday...why do you ask? Not because I ate a lot, or even that I ate heavy/high point meals. It's all because of some damn candy that I won as a prize at the baby shower on Saturday. I knew as soon as I won it, that I should give it back. But I didn't.

Okay, but enough of that. I did end up getting a really hardcore workout in yesterday by mistake. My friend and I went to the gym with the intention of doing Week One - Day One of the C25K program. But every single treadmill was filled up, and there was no signs that they would be opening up soon. So we decided to start on the rowing machines (one of the few machines that were open) until the treadmills opened up. 15 minutes later, still no treadmills. Okay, well let's go do some walking/jogging around the track...well wow, I haven't jogged in awhile on the track...and it showed. I thought I was going to die just jogging one lap, walking one lap, etc. After about 10 minutes on the track, we went and finished off on the stair climbers. I was definitely feeling the workout by the time we were done...and today...holy soreness batman. My shoulders are KILLING me, and I can tell that my calves are going to be sore because they are already starting to tighten up.
So today's plan is again to try to do Week One - Day One of the C25K workout...hopefully there will be machines available!
