I woke up this morning to a wonderful snow covered ground! I was planning on making spinach omelets but I wanted some warmth so I had a repeat of yesterdays breakfast: PB & J oats for two :)
I packed some lunch, snacks, & dinner since I will be at work all day except when I escape to go to the gymnasio!
Snacks:
Black Grapes
Fiber One Oat & Chocolate Bar
1/4 c Kashi Cocoa Beach Granola with 1/2 c Silk
Lunch:
2 whole pitas stuffed with Laughing Cow cheese, spinach, & mango.
I am so happy I invented this combo its amazing!
Dinner:
Broccoli & Cheese Lean Pocket...Lame but oh so easy to pack!
Gym:
1/2 hour eliptical
1/2 hour bike
10 minute stretch
I think making a snow man could potentially count as cardio, what do you think?
