No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight loss has always been my very own, very personal journey. For this reason, I didn’t join Weight Watchers at work. Instead, I drove to my nearest Weight Watcher meeting location. Now, after 9 months and 40 pounds gone, I have decided to start blogging. I have made it to my goal and become a lifetime member as of today. I will still be going to the meetings and weighing in at Weight Watchers. But, I feel that I need more accountability than that. I am afraid to fall off the wagon and gaining the weight back again. Its scary to not have any goal to keep me motivated. Hope this blogging thing will help.
I plan on using the blog to post my food intake, workout routine, and other random thought.
I will be going to a trip to India for a little over a month. There will be food all around and I know I won’t have the routine and structure that I have now. My plan is to lose extra 5 lbs before I leave, so that even if I gain little bit I won’t go way over my goal weight. I have been trying to loose these 5 lbs since I started maintenance. In the past 6 weeks I have lost around 2 lbs or so, but gained it all back. I have only a month before I leave, so, I better get serious about it now.
