Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Got on my bathroom scale this morning. I haven't been weighing in at all lately, and it was a shock. I knew I'd gained, but boy did I ever gain...more than 10 pounds...how depressing!

Anyway....that isn't going to shake me from staying focused. In fact, if anything it is motivating me to eat right and keep going to the gym. I mentioned a few days ago how tight my jeans are...well no darned wonder! I'm getting there..come hell or high water!

So the plan tonight is to meet my friend Michelle at the gym...cardio and weight room...a nice hard workout, lots of sweating....good and tired when I get home and hit the shower...hopefully feeling refreshed afterwards and able to stay awake a few hours and watch the tree lighting on tv tonight. I also want to finish a scrapbook I'm workiing on for my stepson and his new bride for Christmas!

So, trying to get back to my busier than can be self. I tend to eat less and feel better whn I am very busy! I don't plan on stepping on the scale again for about a week, and I plan on seeing a change in the right direction! I am thinkinga pound is reasonable, more is great....we'll see. I've been back to watching BL and it really motivates me! I've been posting in here again on a regular basis and you all give me accountability! (Wondering where Kristi is though)

Anyway...gotta take the good with the bad...so I'm done with this rough patch...onto greener pastures as they say!

I'm here!! I'm here!!! Don't you hate it when life gets SO busy that you are too tired to even get on to BTL (the greatest website EVER, lol)?? That's kind of how I've felt lately. But I miss it too much and it just does SO much for me that I'm going to make a point of being able to get online, blog AND comment on others. It keeps me super focused!! So I'm back!!! Although I think there are SO many new members now, no one probably knows who I am, lol. Oh well...I'll introduce myself! ;) I'm glad YOU are back too!

Michelle...Good luck and whatever you set your mind to ...you WILL achieve! We all slip from time to time, just know you have lots of support here on BTL :-)

You can do it! It sounds like you are upbeat and ready to go. Good for you! I love to scrapbook as well, I just don't have the time! I so wish I could be a stay at home mom!

Don't be discouraged! So much of that quick weight gain is fluid and stuff "in the works", if you know what I mean. By next week, you wll be back to where you were or maybe even lower. Good luck! I
