No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

In case anyone else is interested, I found a nice downloadable menu of "clean" foods. I have noticed a pattern with a lot of our succesful losers here on BTL. A lot of them practice eating alot of whole foods, or clean eating. I came across this magazine website with a free downloadable 7 day mealplan and thought I would share. Enjoy!

I got the magazine yesterday and love it! The recipes look really good! Cant wait to try them. Im also getting a subscription. And thanks for the comment you left me.

Thanks for sharing the info! we have already eaten the baby/strawberry salad, it was delicous! i used fresh squeezed oj instead. Menu gave me some new fresh ideas for breakfast and lunch. Thanks!

I've thought about that before myself ... but still I find myself relying too much on convenience foods. I'll have to check out the link. Thanks for sharing!
