Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

FOR NO GOOD REASON. I have no idea why I am so crabby today or stressed out. It all started when my resume wouldnt format correctly then I realized I didnt have resume quality paper and from there it began to spiral down. SORRY for being a downer..

Positive note went to the doctor he doesnt think it is a sinus infection at all, just the common winter cold that will need to take its course, he said he could give me meds but they really wouldnt do much other than psychologically make me think they are working...??? So I said no because then it would mess with my birth control and such. But the major positive is that my blood pressure is looking good now that I have lost weight. Last time I was there about a year ago is was 134 over 92...and today it was 122 over 80. She said that is very good and that I should keep up the good work, that always makes a person feel better! I hope it stays that way especially because EVERYONE on my mom's side of the family has high blood pressure and are on meds for it. The scale at the Drs office was a bit scary but then I realized I had my winter boots on, jeans, long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, and didnt feel so bad.

I am off to curl up on the couch for a half an hour for a short cat nap. I am hoping that will kick this craziness right out of me! Thanks for hearing my personal pity party!

Hope your day is going well!

Feel better soon! That's awesome to hear about your bp. Sometimes we can get wrapped up in scale numbers, and it's good to see other numbers improving... and more important numbers!
