Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I'm on day 3 of cutting back on sugar and it's going well so far. It's alot harder for me to find things I want to eat in the evening though because that is when I would let loose and eat sweets if I had them in the house. I've cut back my sugar in my coffee to the 1/2 teaspoon and I'm not hating it so that's a good thing. This is what I've eaten today and I'm done since I've reached my calorie limit that I set for myself.

Breakfast:
1 egg/ 1/4c whites omlette w/ green and red peppers, mushrooms, 1 tbs cheddar
coffee w/ 4 tsp powdered creamer, 1/2 tsp sugar
Snack 1:
6oz. lite yogurt
Lunch:
Lean cuisine Panini sandwich/ broccoli cup w/cheese sauce
Snack 2:
1 hard boiled egg white
Dinner:
tuna on 2 whole wheat toast w/1 slice provalone cheese
1 c. skim milk
1 apple w/2tbs peanut butter

So, even though there is icecream in the freezer and hot fudge and cool-whip, I've been avoiding it since Sunday. Luckily the thing in my house is that once you avoid that bad stuff long enough, it goes bad and then I can throw it out.

Well, cheers, here's to an evening keeping myself busy and NOT eating anything else.
