OMG.. I accidentally erased my whole post. Oh well, the point of it was that I did great today. No overeating today. I took my vitamins (very bad about this, usually). And the best thing of all, I not only did the 30 day shred (level 1), but I also did 15 minutes on the treadmill after the video. I did a full mile in 15 minutes. The first 10 minutes were a mix of 4.0 mph speed walk and 5.0 mph jog. The last 5 minutes were 3.0 mph cool down.
Part of my steps to success is keeping food journal. So, since I don't really feel like doing this again, I am going to anyway.

2 bottles water
Lunch
turkey/cheese sandwich on rye with lettuce and tomato
lowfat cherry yogurt
Snack
med apple
Dinner
2 homemade chicken quesadillas
(used pam to sear the chicken; filled with chicken, black beans, and reduced fat cheese; toasted in pan dry- no oil or butter)
Things to Be Proud of:
1) getting all my water in
2) no overeating/compulsive eating
3) extra activity than usual
