Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Classes start tomorrow for me. That means I didn't get much of a break at all. Ugh. At least I only have one class tomorrow and that means I get to come home after 7pm instead of after 9 pm.

The plan is to leave school by 4pm today. I'm hoping I can. I was supposed to yesterday, but my mentor kept talking and so it ended up being later. She's very sweet and very nice, but she's long-winded.

I remembered that we had a 5 lb bag of cracked pecans in our cupboard yesterday. I spent an hour shelling them, and I only got a little baggie full. I need to shell the rest and freeze them so that they don't go bad. I would love to use them for breakfast and snack stuff.

Here's the plan for today:

Breakfast: some yelatin and some pecans

Lunch: ??? I may have to buy my lunch again--no leftovers last night

Dinner: the spaghetti I was supposed to have last night, but didn't make. We had rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes instead.

Happy Wednesday Everyone! I will have a (hopefully) fairly easy day, as I plan to show a video in 4 of my classes, and I have asked my mentor to come in and teach for one of my classes!
