Hello snowbirds!
My first day of the Spring semester was cancelled yesterday due to a snow storm! I decided to catch up on the things I was supposed to do on Sunday & skip working out & work!!
I was still productive, though! We set up our new flat screen tv, I made brown rice, lasagna to be thrown in the oven later on this week, & some stuffed peppers!
I weighed in at an even 160 pounds today, down .6 after all the drinking & eating. I am 7 pounds away from breaking the 'Obese BMI' range, which is one of my NY Resolutions!
I also have made myself To Do List's galore as I begin navigating my way through course loads of work! I just finished a half hour of upper body at the gym & am getting ready to work/do homework for the rest of the evening!
This is feeling like a blog post of Updates but, I also successfully made it to my first 8 am class ever this morning! I am many things, but a morning person is not one of them! It definitely helped that I packed a Oatmeal breakfast cookie! Yummmooo!
We are in for more snow tonight! Its a winter wonderland in Iowa!
