so, i went to another kickboxing class last night...this was just as hard...I don't even sweat that much when I run! I mean it was literally dripping off my head! it was great...but my calf started to hurt again...so i took it easy running today. my partner is getting over a kickin' cold so we ran a half mile and then walked at a tad slower than our running pace at an incline...it was good, we worked up a sweat and put in two miles. I am okay with that!
however, my husband made this AMAZING sandwich....french toast with ham/turkey/cheese/miracle whip. OMG it was SO good....I only had a half a sandwich....and a banana..I am very proud of myself. It's hard to resist his cookin!
my bread is done for my dinner w/ friends tonight so i gotta go
