I forgot to bring my fork and spoon to work today so I ate my entire lunch, including yogurt, with chopsticks, because while forks are hard to come by, there are ALWAYS chopsticks lying around. Just another, "Yeah, I live in Asia" moment. :)
It was a pretty good day today food wise. I did cave and have a piece of pizza because our old director ordered it for the office and acted kind of offended when I wasn't eating any. Have GOT to get over the fear of people being disappointed by me!
I didn't work out yesterday... or today... because New Moon is absolutely consuming my life!! I did, however, do some power cleaning between chapters last night, so I wasn't a TOTAL waste of space. I'm not sure I'm liking this one as much as the first, but I have read 400 pages in 24 hours so something about it is sucking me in!! I should be done by tomorrow and then I WILL work out in some way or fashion. If only I was coordinated enough to read and move at the same time!!! My cold is finally clearing up, too, I think so I should be getting my sweat on fo sho!
Food today:
B - medium banana, handful of walnuts
L - leftover pasta with veggies, 4oz yogurt, clementine, 99kcal Dr. You Bar
D - 1/2C sloppy joe, 1/2 bun, 1/4 piece American cheese, green beans, 1/4C ranch beans (I'll just take this time to mention that my fiance, who has lost FORTY POUNDS since we've been here ate 3 pieces of pizza then 2 sloppy joes and about a cup and a half of beans for dinner... life is soooo not fair sometimes!)
S - 1 piece pizza, 3 small coconut balls, 1 Digest biscuit (again, because I didn't want to offend the teacher that offered it to me, blah!), Coke Zero
