No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Day 1 done, not necessarily succesfully, but I have to start somewhere and it can only get better.
I am catching up from being at my daughter's State Dance Team Competition all weekend so my physical activity was unpacking, doing laundry and chasing after my daycare kiddos - they brighten my day with their little personalities.
Journaling my food, but will begin completly journaling tomorrow with activity, calories, etc. I have to start somewhere and this is a start.
Breakfast
one whole grain english muffin with 1/2 T margerine and 1 T peanut butter
Yoplait lite KeY Lime Pie Yogurt
1 Cup 1 % milk
Snack - not good today at all
1 package mini blueberry muffins
2 servings salt and vinegar pringles
Lunch
2 servings homemade scalloped potatoes and ham
Dinner (at Bunco tonight)
1 small barbecue
1/2 cheetos
2 mini kit kats
chocolate mouse desert
My mood was good today. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family. Taking one day at a time and this path will lead me to a new healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy the family I appreciate so much.
