Finally getting back in the swing of things.

I am trying to convince myself that my life is finally getting back to normal. I didn't get my full workout in yesterday but I did work out for 35-40 minutes. I stayed completely on track with my eating yesterday too. My kids are still off, one of them is getting over being sick and the other I think is starting to get sick...ugh. I have my gym bag packed again today and plan to head straight to the gym after work. I had intentions of getting up to do pilates this morning before work but my son didn't sleep last night so neither did I, hopefully I can do it tomorrow morning. I have only a few months before my big cruise so I want to lose as much as possible before then.

Today's menu -
high fiber toast with peanut butter - 3
granola bar - 2
apple - 1
yogurt - 1
vegetable soup - 3
cucumbers/carrots - 0
popcorn - 1
shake n bake chicken - 5
salad with olive oil - 3
sweet potatoes - 1.5
green beans - 0

Total used - 20.5
Points remaining - 2.5

Activity - 2 elliptical
2 upper body circuit training

We are leaving May 3rd for a 7 day Carribean Cruise! I can't wait!

....a cruise? For fun! When and where are you going? We have a cruise planned for next October.
