I had a wonderful finals package arrive today from my mom & dad. It was full of unhealthy yummies, some healthier ones, & of course some school supplies to get me through the finals after Thanksgiving! How thoughtful, thanks mom & dad!
I had a study date at Panera today with a friend. I had a bowl of Creamy Tomato soup with no croutons & half of a Meditteranean Veggie. Ive had the soup before & it is a favorite, but the sandwich was new & I LOVED it.
My test went super well & I went to my next class. Once I got to work I snacked on 1 c plain yogurt, with 1/8 c mixed fruit & nuts granola, splenda, & mini choco chips. It was a great snack.
I burned 200 cals at the gym at work, and then snacked on a small apple & 1/2 a Carrot Cake Clif Bar.
I was pretty satisfied for food today, but then I got home & had some tortilla chips & salsa from Chili's the other night. I also dipped some chips in some chili. Yum!
Tomorrow is Friday babies!
