Garbage Gut
I feel like such a garbage gut. I just can't stop myself. I did pass up a donut at school today, only because last night I did take one. Then in Walmart while waiting in line what do I do I grab a Kit Kat. I remember a year ago when I wrote how proud I was that I didn't grab the candy bars in the check out lines anymore. This used to be such a bad habit for me. Bad habits are arising again. I really need to stop. Right now. Why can't I control myself. I have 2 more finals to go. So maybe after they are over I will not be so stressed and things will calm down. I hope.

Whoever thought to put candy bars and gum there was a genious but I'd like to repay them by sending them a bill for my gym membership fees. I hardly ever even look twice at them now. If I have to wait while in line...I check out the magazines so I don't have time for the debate in my mind of if I should or if I shouldn't. I hope that once things calm down, you'll start to feel a bit more in control!!! Hang in there!

Comment by Berries on December 4, 2008 at 10:54am - Don't beat yourself up! We all have been known to slip up now and then. Shoot, I'm the Queen! AND, as far as the checkouts at Wal-Mart, I hear ya! I try to hit the candy free checkouts, but it seems they are hardly ever open. Curses!

I think even though we think we are doing bad it is nothing compared to what we used to do. In all I still feel like I make good choices to counter balance my bad choices.
