Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well last week was a good week. At WI I was 3 lbs lighter. New week started off ok so far. School started back up for me so I am nervous that I am not going to be able to focus on everything at once. My main challenge will be not to binge and to count all my points. Stressful eating habits will hopefully be controlled. I didn't really have any activities this weekend other than working and removing snow (ouch I am sore). I am gonna make a deal with myself that I deserve 1 hours a day to take care of myself. To walk on the treadmill and do weight training to help burn off the stress I am facing. I can do this!!
