Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Breakfast: 2 Banana Berry Oatmeal Cups w/ spray butter, water;
Lunch: Chicken breast slices, carrots, tangerine, water;
Snack: Fiber Plus bar, water;
Dinner: Still had 22 points left by dinner time....TOTALLY SPLURGED on chicken alfredo, angel hair pasta, and breadsticks! Only ate half my portion and still used ALL my points.
Exercise: walked the greenbelt, 3 miles
All in all, it was a great day!
