great day yesterday, meal plan for today

Yesterday was so much fun, I got to go to the mall and try on clothes with my sister- one of my very favorite things to do :) She is such a fun girl to hang out with. I ended up getting two tops and a cute black vest to wear over a white tank top as a "girls night out" type of outfit. I love it, and Macy's has a huge sale so I got them all for $5 or less.

I did really well with my eating yesterday, I ended up realizing how much I like to snack and it makes me kind of laugh because I look back at my journals and I use a lot of unplanned points on snacks! I think I need to plan in more snacks for myself.

Here is today's food diary, I am going to do my 1 hour walk away the pounds DVD here in a bit using additional 5lb handweights and I also make it high impact when I can- I love it :)

I am also using up my light bread which I got for $2 a loaf at big lots :) Not as good as the double fiber muffins but it makes a decent sammy :-)

1 cup milk in coffee-2
1 cup f.f. plain yogurt-2
1/4 cup blueberries-.5
1 cup all bran-2.5

lite cheese stick-1.5
apple-1

boca cheeseburger:
1 boca-1
2 slices light bread-1
laughing cow garlic and herb-1
sweet onion slices and ketchup-0
cucumber slices-0

WW smoothie-3

1 cup barilla plus with meat sauce-6
green beans-0
