You read that right: My week (and weekend) of staying OP paid off big with a 4.2-pound loss! That puts me (officially) at 191.
I couldn't be happier. It's about time I got it together for a week straight. Now, that's a total of nearly 55 pounds gone — for good. And I'm just 1.1 pounds away from the 180s.
That weight, 191, is what i saw on the home scale yesterday at noon when I weighed in my clothes. Guess that means my home scale and the WW scale are synced. Good to know, I guess.
Did pretty well today. The chart below doesn't include my activity, 2 APs for 30 minutes of Brazilian Dance DVD and 8 minutes of a SparkPeople strength-training video.
It also doesn't include my snack: a small (about 1-oz) potato with 1/2 T RF sour cream. I'll count it as 1 Point.
That means, if I eat my 2 APs, that I've used 2 FPs to bring me to my allotted 25. Not too shabby at all!
