I got a grumble in my tumbly after my afternoon workout! I am looking forward to a late lunch munch! I did 15 minutes on incline on the treadmill followed by 45 minutes on the bike reading my Self. It goes by so fast when you read, read, read!
This morning for breakfast I had a bowl of oats that contained:
--1/2 c oats
--1/3 c soy milk
--tbsp butterscotch chips
--small pratically rotten banana
--Splenda
--tbsp PB *I only had half because it was sooo salty tasting, yuck!
I snacked on a pretty pear before my workout & now I am off to enjoy a hot pocket! I love hot pockets! Gross, I know!
I also have cottage cheese & blueberries packed, a zbar, a big salad, & a pita stuffed with spinach, feta, red peps, cucs, & hummus for din!
Can you tell that Ill be at work all night?
