Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Why can't I do this?? Why is it suddenly so hard? I don't understand.... I can't stick to Weightwatchers at all lately. I have lost 25 pounds and have another 35 to lose. I have lost NOTHING in 4 months and my challenges that I set for myself are all going out the window. I gain then lose then gain then lose....I am sick of this.

I have been gaining and losing the same five pounds since August. It does really suck. I was doing WW but realized I couldn't keep up with it because of all the other crap I have going on. I know it's easy for outsiders to say it and it doesn't always make it feel better, but 25 pounds lost is a huge deal and I am sure you had to work very hard to get there. Part of me fears trying again because I know in the beginning, it will come off quickly; but then, you relax even a bit and you gain 5 pounds back in a minute. OR, you are doing everything right, and that scale won't budge. But, you have to just stick with it and be honest about what you're eating and why you're eating it. I haven't had a chance (though I will make it a point soon) to read more of your past blogs to see what you've been trying. All in all, you must have been doing something right to lose 25 and maybe you're in a funk now. Try something new, take up a new hobby, whatever you can you get over the hump. Good luck!

I'm sorry it's been hard for you lately! I can't answer your question why it's hard, but maybe you could try changing things up a little? Switch to core or try the wendie plan or something... or add in exercise if you're not already. Make it fun for yourself! Hey that's great that you have maintained a 25 pound loss though, what a huge victory. Maybe don't do anymore challenges because then you feel pressure, and when I feel pressure I ALWAYS crack.
