Here goes everything!

Although I consider myself pretty tech savy I have shied away from blogging in the past. Too personal...too much information out there...that was always my thought process. But lately I have discovered that many people have used these blogs to conquer this whole weight thing. I have tried everything else, literally! So I figured what have I got to lose, except 80 lbs! I hope sharing my story...the triumphs and tribulations will not only help me to lose weigh but may also inspire someone else too.

So here goes!
