No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I signed up for SPRING classes today & it pulled me out of the 'oh my god its becoming winter' funk I may or may not have been in!

I have some great classes that I am taking:

Nutrition
Human Anat & Phys
Social Psych
Abnormal Psych
Fund of Oral Comm

I am actually super psyched about what Im taking regardless of my soon to-be-crazy schedule & GASP! I am taking an 8 am class!!

I used less oats than I have been (1/2 to 1/3) and still felt pretty full, I also added granola which added to the bulk of my meal. Oats this morning contained:

♣ 1/3 c oats

♣ 1/8 c cottage cheese

♣ 1/8 c fruit & nut granola

♣ flax

♣ splenda

♣ Blueberries

♣ Spoonful of PB

I had a quick lunch once I got home from lifeguarding & my meeting which was a sandwich with veggie salami, cheese, banana peppers, & spicy brown. I had some Country Cheddar Kashi Crackers on the side.

The remainder of my Hump Day:
Developmental Psych Homework
Finish reading Pollan's article
Study for Marriage & Family Test
1/2 hour Treadmill
Shower before Work
Make & Eat Dinner
Work 6-8
