OK...So I really want to lose the weight. But,every time I see a piece of candy (of which, there is a lot laying around my house since Christmas) I think to myself,"Don't eat it." And what do I do, pop it in of course! I am trying to make "Nothing hurts as bad as being fat feels" my mantra. That doesn't seem to translate to curbing the urge to eat every snack food my eyes rest on. OK..my goal for the rest of the evening...eat dinner only.
