I can feel myself saying, You just finished your Master's program so just relax and don't do anything today. Take the day off. NO!!! I need to ignore that inner dialogue and make a schedule for myself. I actually do have things to do today. So, I'm making a plan:
I can read, relax and eat breakfast. By 10:30, I need to be ready to go run. When I come back, I will shower and get ready. Then, I will call the vet to make an appt. for Lexie (she's almost out of her meds and I want to have her weighed). I will clean the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, and then the bedroom. Systematic, room to room clean-up. No deep-cleaning today, though. Then I need to write a thank you note and call my mentor to make plans for a lunch get-together some time this weekend. I will then make my lunch for today and eat. After lunch, I will try to write some for my class. Ugh. I like writing, but I always have a hard time starting. After the writing, my friends may or may not come over. We were going to go swimming, but it's raining today.
Food Log:
Breakfast: Frosted Mini Wheats w/milk (4 pts)
Lunch: Light English Muffin Pizza (5 pts) and canary melon (4 pts)
Snack: 100 cal. popcorn (2 pts)
Dinner: eggplant parm (didn't end up making it the other night) (8 pts) and something for dessert....only 2 pts, so I'll have to look at my HungryGirl 200 under 200 cookbook and see what I can make!
