No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

What is with that? Most of the time when I finish a meal it's not too long before I'm goin "I need something sweet" WHAT IS WITH THAT!!!???!!!

One more comment for you today...When I feel this way, I've been trying to grab fruit. I know that sounds trite, but it seems to be helping with the cravings.

I'll have to try the fruit...I am going to do the gum thingy too....or maybe some SF mints of some sort?
