No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

3 weeks I took off! 3 weeks! What was I thinking? It started with traveling for Christmas, all classes at my gym were cancelled the week between holidays (I'm a big fan of classes and rarely just go in and work out on my own), work got crazy busy, we had company, and it snowed so I wanted to be outside, but still! Anyway, I'm back and instantly feel so much better. I don't ever want to do that to myself again. I started to get really depressed, emotional, had a hard time handling the stress at work, picking fights with my fiance, etc. I'm the type of person that really needs exercise to calm all the BS floating around in my brain. Anyway, thanks for listening.

Been there...done that! I only did 2 weeks off...but every muscle in my body is screaming now! Almost like after the very first class I ever took! LOL But I feel SO much better already with 3 days of quality gym time under my belt! Tonight I"m planning to run on my treadmill at home....so good for US getting back to our "routine"!
