No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

you can have This or That? Each time you pick make the better choice you are doing something good for your body...lightening the load, getting more energy, building up your immunities against disease, and avoiding chemicals and perservatives your body does not need. Time to reflect, because lately some of my CHOICES have not been wise...I think its called the "Grab and Just Eat It" Syndrome...also known as "Who Cares I Want That"....well I know who cares I DO!!! I do not want to go back to being overweight, depressed, and out of energy NO WAY NO HOW!!! So the BATTLE CONTINUES...

Do this Exercise for yourself...put yourself in a scenario where you have to choose for 2 different options...and see yourself making the healthier choice...then when it happens...you will be stronger and make that healthy choice...Make a list of 20 choices...and make your pick right there...common choices you make each day at home, work, in your car, at school...those choices will make a difference...each one counts.


1. Latte or Cafe Americano..............Cafe Americano
2. Soda at Movies or Water.............Water
3. Pumpkin Bread @ coffee place or a Banana.....Banana
4. Chips or an Apple.............Apple
5. Potatoes with butter or a Baked Potatoe with lite butter....Bk Potatoe
6. Beef or Fish........Fish
7. 1 Cookie (which will turn into 3 or 4) or Berries/ff greek yogurt...Berries Please!!
8. Delicious French Bread or Orowheat Light for my Sandwich...Orowheat Light
9. Regular Cheese vs. Lite Swiss...Lite Swiss
10. Sitting on the computer or Walking my Dog...Walking my Dog
11. Candy or a handful of Almonds...Almonds
12. A big Sandwich or a nice Salad with reasonable dressing...Salad
13. Doritos or Pretzel Chips...Pretzel Chips
14. Butter or Brummel & Brown...Brummell & Brown
15. 2nd helping of spaghetti or a big glass of water....WATER!!!!
16. Breakfast or no Breakfast...at least eat a Banana!! or Something!!!

Okay...that helped...How about you? What choices are you going to make?

I like that, I am going to do it myself. You have such a great point with the eating anything I want mentality, I have been doing the same thing and it is so negative for me!
