Just a quick update on the wedding dress shopping

I found my perfect dress! I love it! I am heading out with my family that came to visit so this is short and sweet - I have never felt more beautiful and healthy as I did yesterday trying on gorgeous gowns. It really made this weight loss thing seems sooooo worth it!

Comment by Susan on November 22, 2008 at 1:23pm: Thank you! It feels good to know that I have a dress picked out ( 3 dresses made my short list and two of them I had a hard time deciding on....but I knew when I tried both on for a second time, the dress was made for me!).

I can't wait to wear it! I still have a ways to go before my goal, and I want to tone up my arms. The dress shopping was great for my motivation - and the compliments from my parents on my weight loss. I think I have inspired my dad to start running again!
