No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

weigh in was good. My goal was 2 lbs. Was down 1.8. pretty close. I'm satisfied. I am a little bit worried about Thanksgiving. I am doing the whole meal at my house and will have all the leftovers. The Turkey doesn't worry me, but the pumpkin pies.. oh my goodness. hey, it's a veggie, right? lol.

Hey girlie! Congrats on the 1.8 loss! Not too much farther and you will hit your 10% loss! I am so proud you are sticking with it!

Good for you Tammy....1.8 is awesome! Hey, make part of the pumpkin pies crustless (or at least one, for you) and use Splenda instead of sugar, eggbeaters instead of eggs and FF canned milk instead of regular. Then use the Cool Whip Free to add to top. Send all the heavy foods that are leftover, home with relatives and keep the turkey and the crustless pumpkin pie, and anything else you make that is WW friendly.
