My data that I had only gained 3.5 pounds over the holidays was flawed. Somewhere looming over me were an additional 8 pounds! So up 10.5 pounds total. Boo. Well, we began the weight loss challenge at work, and I started induction again. I have already lost 6 pounds!! Only 4 t go to get back to my goal weigth, but I would like to losa an additional 4 or 5 pounds (which I think is the jiggle in my junk!). I am feeling pretty good otherwiose, and definitely need to amp up the workouts for toning. I have to admit, it is a relief to only be working around 10 pounds rather than the orignial 60 I was at the beginning of 2006. It is truly a reward to have manageable goals, and start to feel good about the skin you're in.
Tomorrow will be hectic, but I have ben much better at making good choices. No exercise though, but it is nice to feel like my eating is under control. That really stresses me out. So I keep on trucking, and one of my resolutions is the need to sleep better, because I know when I am tired, I eat like crazy!!!
B: 2 eggs with cheese, 4 bacon, Diet Coke
L: 2 double cheeseburgers no bun (McD's), Diet Coke
S: Almonds
S: coffee with 2 splenda, ham and american
D: Chicken Philly (no bread), salad with ranch (I did eat the croutons!)
No exercise because i went straight to rehearsal!
