Hey there - so I WI today and I gained another .6lbs. I am not happy with yet another gain but understand that I faced some very difficult challenges food wise this week and did not too badly considering. I think in some ways gaining again this week was to make me feel angry and ready to kick some butt OP and with my exercise.
Funny enough though, the scale is going up while my pants are getting looser and my body continues to get smaller. I had a handful of people tell me just yesterday how amazing I looked and one person even said, "I keep thinking myself and saying, if I can just be like Tanya." Are you kidding me? Be like me? Wow. That felt pretty great. So this week my goal is to stay OP as much as possible. Last week I had a breakfast meeting and a Christmas Lunch at an all you can eat buffet. I did very well considering the temptations. This week will be about committing to staying OP and exercising. I am going to buy the exercise video that Jillian has out. Putting something on tv and following it is much easier than trying to get myself started with the weights in the basement.
